How To View All The Reviews Of The Marketplace?
Admin can view all the available user reviews of the marketplace using the “Reviews Management” section in the admin panel.
Login to your admin panel
Navigate to the Reviews menu in the header
Click the Reviews menu, here you can see all the reviews made by the users.
Only marketplace administrators are allowed to edit or delete the review comments posted by the users. Other details are non-editable.
Login to your admin panel.
Navigate to the reviews menu in the header.
Open the reviews page.
Click the edit icon.
On the edit page, you edit Only the review comments but Not Any other Fields.
Reviews are visible to everyone in your marketplace. If your marketplace is private, they are only visible to logged-in marketplace users.
How To Search For A Specific Review?
Login to your admin panel
Navigate to the reviews menu in the header
Open the reviews page
Use the right-side filter to filter data according to your needs.
Refer to Admin Management filters to know more about how search filters work.
Exporting the review information from your marketplace to a CSV file. You can easily export the review details to a CSV file that can be viewed in Excel using the following steps
Login to your admin panel
Navigate to the Reviews menu in the header
Click the export button at the top right corner. Review records will be downloaded as a CSV file.
Only administrators can export the review information.
